The Ice Cream Maker: Review
The Ice Cream Maker by Subir Chowdhury, is a fascinating story of Peter Delvecchio (Pete).
He is the plant manager of Dairy Cream, an ice cream manufacturing company. The company is on the brink of shut-down. Worried Pete reaches out to Mike McMaster, manager at Natural Food and his ex-neighbor. Mike directs Pete to live to fight another day, using LEO principle.
LEO – Listen, Enrich, and Optimize formula drives the point of building quality in every aspect of an organization.
The book is simple, crisp, focused. It’s a book for anyone who sells.
